Returns

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or opened products that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons.
• Items returned after the 7-day return period.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
